Dr. Andrew Cadwell
Dr. Drew is an accomplished individual who recently graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to attending vet school, he resided in Virginia, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Virginia. Throughout his life, he has had the
opportunity to live in various locations around the world, including Panama, Colombia, and Barbados.
During his time in vet school, Dr. Drew developed a strong affection for Maine. His love for the state began with a visit to Acadia and was further solidified during a veterinary externship in the Mid Coast area. The beauty of the region and the experiences he gained there left a lasting impression.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Drew engages in a variety of hobbies and activities. He enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and both playing and listening to music. Additionally, he is an avid skier and cherishes the time he spends with his dog and three cats, highlighting his affection for animals.
In terms of his professional interests, Dr. Drew is particularly drawn to chronic pain management, anesthesia, dermatology, and nutrition. These areas of veterinary medicine pique his curiosity and inspire him to further explore and contribute to these fields.
