"The doctors, vet techs, and front desk staff treat us with kindness and compassion. They clearly know we love our pets, and they make it their business to help us and our fur babies feel safe and comfortable. The doctors spend time getting to know us and remember our pets from visit to visit. They are calm and gentle even when circumstances are difficult. They are knowledgeable and share all the information we need to make informed decisions. They are upfront about costs, options for treatment, risks and likely outcomes. I never feel pressured and I always feel understood. They make me feel like I can ask any questions and they are not rushing to finish the appointment.
