"Last week my little house bunny Buddha was in severe stress and the caring staff at Pine Point Animal Hospital took immediate action! Dr. Katie and her intern came in to the exam room and sat right down on the floor at his level with me. (Which is amazing in and of itself!) It was clear to the doctor that he needed surgery ASAP. And within 2 days he was in safe hands on the operating table. She found a much more complicated problem than expected and with the help of one of the other doctors made the decision to complete the delicate surgery necessary to return my little cream puff to good health. Everyone there was caring, compassionate and listened to our needs like he was their own. He even had to go back for some critical care the day after.
