Dr. Danielle McCloskey
Dr. McCloskey was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She is the oldest of three sisters raised by two incredible parents. Dr. McCloskey is trilingual, fluent in Spanish, English, and French. From a young age, she had cats, dogs, and horses and loved the connections people made with their animals. Dr. McCloskey received her bachelor’s degree from Marquette University. She attended Ross University to pursue a degree in Veterinary Medicine. She later completed her clinical studies at the University of California Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. She has been working at a small animal clinic in Las Vegas, NV and has made the move across the country with her fiancé, five dogs and one cat after visiting Maine and falling in love with it.
Outside of work, Dr. McCloskey enjoys exploring new places, spending time by the water or in the mountains, trying new restaurants since she is a “foodie” at heart. She also enjoys going on runs, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends, as well as her mini zoo at home.
